Hello Swim Families,

Our upcoming swim meet on Wednesday, 8/13 is just around the corner, and we can’t make it a success without your help! Each meet requires many hands to run smoothly — from timers and lane judges to timers and water distribution. Volunteering is a great way to:

• Support your swimmer and the whole team
• Meet other amazing swim parents
• Be part of the excitement right on the pool deck

No experience? No problem! We’ll be there for any questions and make sure you’re comfortable in your role. Here are our current outstanding roles for this week. Please sign up on the swimtopia app and get these filled, so we can stop getting these emails. :)

• Scorekeeper/Computer Entry - entering times to a computer
• Starter - BIG NEED!
• Stroke and Turn Judge - Only 1 more!
• Timers - NEED 6 MORE!!
• Photographer - take pictures during the meet 
• Volunteer Coordinator - ensure everyone who signed up for positions showed up and are doing their job
