Happy Sunday,

This week we will have another home meet on Tuesday and Meet the Trojans Wednesday night at 7:00.  Nation Ford and Indian Land are both large teams so we will run 10 Lanes.  We will need more timers.  Please plan to register ASAP on the Swimtopia app or the website.  Promise we will need you.  

This Weeks Calendar

Tuesday Night Meet:
- All swimmers need to wear NHS Swim apparel.
- Click here for full document-If you are not volunteering, you will need to purchase a ticket using the link in the document.  We will need plenty of volunteers!
- We will have swim meet appropriate snacks at the meet for your swimmer based upon the survey sent last week. Thank you to Buchanan Management, and our Snack Sisters for getting all of this together for us.

Friday 1/2 Day and Labor Day

We will have regular scheduled practice Friday.  
We will NOT have practice on Monday for Labor Day.  Enjoy the time with family.  Swimmers stretch and drink plenty of water.  

Trojan Club Meeting 6:00 Media Center and Meet the Trojans 7:00 in F-gym: August 28th 

- Swimmers need to wear their purple Nike Swimming shirt from this year.  

Community Service Opportunity:

Miracle Park: Buddy Program. This sounds like an incredible opportunity for our swimmers. If you are able to help out on Saturday Mornings in the fall and or spring, you will show up to one of the many games they will have going on with their athletes and they will pair you up with a buddy for the game. Not sure you have to know too much about the sport of baseball, but be there to encourage and be a kind face for that athlete. This does come with training. Just one time training. Any of the date below work for you? I don't see this as a WHOLE team thing, but more what might fit into your schedule.
