Please take time to upload your swimmer into Planet High school and get those physicals uploaded.  If in Middle School, you will need to add NHS as a school so that your swimmer can choose swimming as a sport.  

Personalized Silicone Cap

If you are in need of a NHS silicone cap with name, they will be $15 for 2 of them. The swim team will cover the names and the second cap. So for $15, you will get 2 silicone caps with last name on the side.
