Practice Schedule: NHS Season Calendar.

Suit, Personalized Caps, swim agreement, Fundraiser and Fins and athletic fee

• We ordered the first round Friday July 28th. If you still need an item, please email Caroline at swimshoprays@gmailcom
• All parent/ athlete swim agreements should be signed and returned to me.
• All swimmers have to have an athletic fee paid on file by the first meet. $60 check (NHS Athletics) or cash.
• We are doing the calendar fundraiser again this year. Due Sept 8th! Sell those days!

Mock Meet - August 9th

Swimmers will need to come with snacks and water for the meet, it should be over by 8:00. Schedule: Warm-Ups (25 minutes)

4:30 – 4:55 Northwestern (1-10)

4:55 – 5:20 Rock Hill (1-10)

5:20 – 5:45 South Pointe (1-7), Riverwalk (8-10)

5:20Stroke/Turn Judge Meeting

5:30 Timers Meeting

5:50Coaches and Captain Meeting (at the podium by the computer tower)

Only one coach and 2 captains are needed for the meeting

August 15th - Mandatory eventThis day we will have an altered schedule3:50 - 6:00 drop off at Ebinport Elementary school wearing team shirtWe will stuff bags with food for families and hand them out to families that come by 6:00 leave Ebinport and drive to Rock Hill Aquatic Center6:15 Dinner at the pool and meeting with swimmers7:15- 8:45 Practice at the Rock Hill Aquatic Center.

August 16th - Meet the Trojans

We will have normal practice and head over to meet the Trojans at F-Gym. (Parents will pick up swimmer and then drive them and attend MTT) Please take time that night to join the Trojan club, buy Trojan gear, or season tickets.

If you would like for your swimmer to ride with another swimmer, please let us know. If not, we will plan on the parent to pick up at Ebinport at 6:00 and transport to Rock Hill Aquatic Center.
